Scenes From Our World Book Day Celebration

On the 7^th of March, 2023, Omafuru Foundation continued her usual practice of celebrating World Book Day with selected schools in Warri, this time around with Peacelyn Schools, Ugbomro and St. Cyprian International School, Ekpan.

The book festival afforded us the opportunity to engage young students in some fruitful discussions on the need to imbibe a good reading culture. There was also a book fair where students took advantage of the rare opportunity to buy books across various genres at 50% discount with Omafuru Foundation bearing the balance.
